      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is on the lookout for a visionary Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant - Product Metrics to champion the cornerstone of our Merchant Services unit. This individual will play an integral role in sculpting the foundation of our product metrics and reporting ecosystem with an eye for minute detail and driving thought leadership through strategic analytics. This individual contributor will be tasked with driving our product analytics to unprecedented heights and delivering clarity through data that propels our product suite to best serve our clientele.

      In this role, you will:

      • Define and implement relevant KPIs that track product performance, customer satisfaction, market penetration, and financial health. Ensure these indicators are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and effectively measure the efficacy of product initiatives

      • Identify KRIs that will proactively signal potential risks in the product lifecycle. This involves analyzing historical data, industry trends, and ongoing performance to anticipate and mitigate risks before they impact the business

      • Establish a monitoring system that provides real-time insights into KPI and KRI metrics, allowing for swift identification of areas that require attention or adjustment

      • Partner with product and cross-functional teams to drive impactful insights by conducting meticulous data analysis. Key insights will help transform the organization and drive success

      • Use the insights gleaned from KPIs and KRIs to inform strategic decisions, resource allocation, product development priorities, and risk management strategies

      • Develop reporting protocols and dashboards that effectively communicate the status of KPIs and KRIs to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and facilitating informed decision-making at all levels of the organization

      • Present complex analytical findings in a clear and digestible format suited to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership

      • Incorporate industry benchmarks and trends into reports to provide context for performance and to guide strategic planning

      • Develop a feedback mechanism within reporting structures to refine data collection and analysis, ensuring continuous improvement in the reporting process

      • Ensure all reporting processes are compliant with current industry regulations and internal policies to maintain the highest standards of data protection and accuracy

      • Develop comprehensive goals, strategies, and key performance metrics. Continuously refine these elements to ensure product success and efficiency

      • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate

      • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations

      • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans

      • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

      • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management

      • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions

      • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational

      • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans

      • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership

      • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise

      Required Qualifications, US:

      • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


      Desired Qualifications:

      • Experience creating reports, management dashboards, and metrics

      • Business consultation experience in defining key performance metrics, dashboards, or scorecards

      • Experience in reporting and driving metric and reporting development

      • Data Aggregation experience

      • Financial Services industry experience, preferably within Merchant Services

      • Experience articulating complex concepts and strategies to a diverse audience, including the ability to simplify intricate product analytics into actionable insights for decision-makers at all levels

      • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

      • Experience working in an Agile environment and using Jira to track deliverables

      • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to product commercialization

      • Possess exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguous situations and achieve favorable outcomes

      • Proven ability to analyze complex information, think critically, and offer creative solutions

      • Experience delivering high-quality work with minimal errors

      • Experience taking initiative, identifying opportunities and implement change to deliver results

      • Demonstrated ability to positively influence to drive the adoption of data-driven culture within the organization

      • Proven ability to facilitate high impact conversations, navigate conflict and negotiate for an outcome that balances the needs of the business

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

      • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

      • Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

      • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams

      • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
