      Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant, as part of the Chief Technology Office. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

      This position will cover jobs responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, as well as serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across business groups.

      In this role, you will:

      • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
      • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions
      • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
      • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
      • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
      • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise

      Required Qualifications:

      • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Understanding and knowledge of various internal roles (both business and technology) and how they interact with technology infrastructure products
      • Experience with the digital products / applications within the business function
      • Experience participating on teams in an agile setting
      • Experience with backlog development (e.g., prioritization and grooming, writing stories)
      • Strategic thinker capable of envisioning the future of technology infrastructure products
      • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
      • Demonstrated experience leading and influencing a team of all levels who are strong technical experts and high performing professionals in geographically disbursed environments.
      • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) skills
      • Ability to effectively respond to inquiries or escalated issues
      • Experience collaborating and interacting with senior management
      • Prior experience related to the creation of data/reporting controls and control monitoring programs
      • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are imperative
      • Strong analytical ability used to identify risks and confidently raise issues, escalate early, and engage in constructive credible challenge.
      • Proven ability to proactively manage and resolve conflict and effectively defend decisions with objective rationale.

      TX- San Antonio Pay Range: $120,400 – 250,000 Annually

      NC- Charlotte Pay Range: $120,400 – 250,000 Annually

      AZ- Chandler Pay Range: $120,400 – 250,000 Annually

      CA- San Francisco Pay Range: $138,500 – 287,600 Annually
