      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Content Designer within the Strategy, Digital, and Innovation (SDI) team. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.


      In this role, you will:

      • Develop and execute customer experience solutions for online applications and websites
      • Create the most complex industry-leading user interface design solutions
      • Lead teams of customer experience professionals during deployment of interaction design strategies
      • Lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant challenges across multiple areas of Content Design or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, broad-reaching, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and resolution
      • Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding large-scale enterprise-wide Content Design strategies that significantly influence the organization's business and financial operations
      • Strategically lead all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise; serve as an expert advisor to Content Design leadership; represent the company externally in industry networking and trade and technical events


      Required Qualifications, US:

      • 7+ years of Graphic or Website Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


      Desired Qualifications:

      • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      • Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
      • Comfortable working in Figma, building copy decks, and authoring via CMS
      • Wealth Investment Management or financial institution experience.


      Job Expectations:

      Ability to work on-site at approved location at least three days a week

      Base Compensation Range:

      San Francisco, California: $133,300 - $237,100

      New York, New York: $133,300 - $237,100

      Charlotte, North Carolina: $122,200 - $217,200

      Pay Range

      $111,100.00 - $237,100.00
