Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital go-to-market strategy, stakeholder engagement routines, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex change and cross-functional impacts
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience with leading digital transformation
Strong stakeholder engagement with ability to influence without span of control
Strong relationship development and negotiation skills with global cross functional stakeholders
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
MBA preferred

The Strategy, Digital and Innovation (SDI) team forges the strategic direction of Wells Fargo, provides and manages our digital foundation and common capabilities, and transforms our business models to meet evolving customer needs and grow the company. The investments we are making will help the company create innovative digital banking experiences and make it easier for customers to achieve their financial goals.
The Digital, Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking group is looking for a senior lead to join the Digital Readiness and Enablement team. This role will partner with Embedded Finance and API digital product owners to understand upcoming changes and drive stakeholder engagement to determine go-to-market approach and change strategy while being unrelenting about keeping the client at the center of everything as you drive successful delivery.

Salary Range for New York, NY: $138,500 - $287,600 annually
Salary Range for San Francisco, CA: $138,500 - $287,600 annually
