      Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Microsoft Power Platform Engineer (Senior Lead Analytics Consultant) as part of the Office Head of Technology. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

      We seek creative artistic candidates to become a part of the Data Visualization team and will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and augmenting data and analysis solutions, utilizing multiple presentation & UI platforms with a focus on solutions built using Microsoft Power Platform, MS SQL and/or Tableau.

      In this role, you will:

      • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence analytical strategies for highly complex business and technical needs
      • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques and advanced data from multiple sources across the enterprise
      • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, innovation, and coordination of highly complex activities
      • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise
      • Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed
      • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership

      Required Qualifications:

      • 7+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
      • 5+ years of MS Power Platform suite experience

      Desired Qualifications:

      • 5+ years of experience creating executive level dashboards, analytics, and reports using advanced visualization tools
      • 5+ years of SQL experience
      • 3+ years of SAS or SQL programming experience
      • Ability to form a story through data analysis
      • Ability to develop and integrate data driven and analytical decision making for product and service operational activities
      • Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions
      • Experience documenting non-technical business requirements and translating into technical rules
      • Ability to track and monitor project progress, identify project and process gaps, recommend controls and communicate progress to business leaders
      • Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes
      • Ability to translate business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations. Uses analysis to identify and define business requirements, while supporting the validity of the final product
      • Must have a strong attention to detail and be able to meet high quality standards consistently

      CA- San Francisco Pay Range: $133,300 – 237,100 Annually

      CA- Concord Pay Range: $133,300 – 237,100 Annually
