- Act as an advisor within Business Growth Strategy functional area to senior leadership in order to develop or influence initiatives that promote and advance companywide finance growth opportunities
- Participate in process to both identify and purchase potential acquisition opportunities as well as loans in the secondary market
- Lead business development strategies requiring in-depth evaluation
- Support various Business Growth Strategy projects to maximize growth opportunities and minimize expenses
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise within Business Growth Strategy functional area to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business strategies that enhance companywide finance and growth
- Collaborate with all levels of professionals and managers companywide and serve as an advisor to leadership within Business Growth Strategy functional area
- Participate in process to improve banker and manager productivity by analyzing market and wallet potential, client engagement, pipeline and production metrics
- Work to improve banker and manager efficiency by advancing technology, work flow and intellectual insights
- 7+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in Business Growth Strategy, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience supporting relationship managers or sales advisors on enhancing business productivity and improving client acquisition strategy.
- Experience with CRMs – specifically, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce
- Experience in field engagement including but not limited to segment support, region support, strategic initiatives, and skill-based training.
- Understanding of Sales Processes including but not limited to Planning (Market, Account), Prospecting, Pipeline Management, Client Engagement, Performance Monitoring
- Demonstrated success leveraging analytics and insights to drive business goals.
- Specific experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence
- Specific experience working with sales productivity data (opportunity creation, client engagement)
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

The Senior Lead Sales Enablement Strategy Consultant will support the Sales Enablement team helping to further grow and support efficiencies for Banking and Sales teams within Commercial Banking. This individual will support the process for market planning, sales goals, and assisting to educate and make technology easier to use throughout the line of business
