What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop training materials and instructional tools for diverse audiences within the criminal and legal system
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to simplify complex materials into accessible resources
- Review documents and training products for clarity, compliance, and instructional soundness
- Edit program documents and manage workflows across multiple projects
- Assist with the delivery of training and technical assistance as requested
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Instructional Designer
- Minimum 5 years of high-level technical writing and editing skills
- U.S. citizenship required by federal government contract
- This position requires a Public Trust security clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree
- Experience with Section 508 compliance and document remediation
- Experience with artificial intelligence-supported video production software
