What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and department leaders to identify learning needs and performance gaps
- Manage end-to-end learning program development, from content creation to assessment
- Design and develop engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids
- Implement and deliver orientation programs and training programs to employees in various formats
- Utilize learning management systems to deliver and track training programs and individual progress
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or relevant field required
- 5-7 years of prior experience
- Advanced knowledge of learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques
- Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms
- Strong facilitation, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience in the engineering industry
- Additional certifications in instructional design or related fields
