      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Interpret commercial lease documents, including leases, amendments, and subleases
      - Manage rent analysis and rent payment processing for the international portfolio
      - Oversee client/vendor relationship management and resolve landlord/tenant issues
      - Maintain critical dates and perform financial analysis to support lease administration
      - Prepare and distribute monthly reporting to clients and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in lease administration, real estate accounting, or property management
      - Strong ability to interpret complex commercial lease language
      - Advanced financial and analytical skills
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
