What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer day-to-day management of the company's leave of absence cases
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding leave inquiries
- Maintain accurate records in the HRIS and manage leave calendars
- Collaborate with Benefits and Payroll to ensure proper leave payments and deductions
- Provide customized guidance to employees transitioning to and from leave
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Leave of Absence management
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Human Resource management or a related field
- Strong understanding of Federal and State Leave laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain strong organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Workday software system
- Professional HR designation (PHR or SHRM-CP) is a plus
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong business partnerships
- Self-motivated with a servant leadership mentality
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to relate to diverse individuals
