      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide full litigation support to two Tort Attorneys handling auto and general liability cases
      - Prepare correspondence, briefs, motions, pleadings, and process e-filings and medical records
      - Maintain attorney calendars and manage scheduling of depositions, mediations, and other legal activities
      - Review and process mail, invoices, and maintain electronic legal files
      - Assist in trial preparation and overall office support as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years' experience as an assistant in a law office or corporate law department
      - Insurance defense background and personal injury experience required
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, and Excel
      - Ability to handle confidential information securely and demonstrate professionalism in all communications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Trial support experience is a plus
      - Demonstrated efficiency, productivity, and attention to detail
      - Proven team player with the ability to work under strict deadlines
      - Maturity and professionalism in all interactions
