What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support loan activities after closing, including funding, system onboarding, account maintenance, modifications, draws, and payoff processes
- Manage core system data and operational processes for syndicated loans and specialized lending products
- Perform general ledger and account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
- Onboard loans into the core processing system and design onboarding procedures for new loan products
- Lead resolution of complex escalations, applying advanced problem-solving and coordination across departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3–5 years of banking or financial services experience with a strong operational foundation
- Strong proficiency in navigating core banking platforms and operational workflows
- Proven success in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong time-management skills
- Ability to work overtime during peak periods like month-end or quarter-end
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Specialty Finance lending
- Experience with system enhancements and technology-driven workflows
