What You'll Do:
- Handle communication with customers and perform a variety of functions focused on completing applications for applicants.
- Proactively sell the loan to the customer along with other benefits during communication.
- Ensure that all portions of the application are accurate to help identify and eliminate potential risks for business.
- Help drive applications to completion to increase receivables.

How You'll Do It:
- Communicate with customers on loan acquisition calls.
- Provide customers with consultative sales-based conversations. Sell the features and benefits of the loan.
- Facilitate components of the credit application process including, but not limited to, identity verification, judgmental review, negotiation of loan terms, applicant agreement of loan offer, and completion of the loan application.

Qualifications You'll Need:
The Basics:
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or a related field.

Bonus Points If You Have:
- 2+ years of experience in Sales.
- A quiet workspace.
- Internet service with a minimum speed of 5mbps.
- Personal smartphone or a tablet.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $17.99 to $25.90. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
