What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) functions across all lifecycle phases, including documentation and planning for various operational documents
- Serve as the Brigade-level Organizational Defense Travel Administrator (ODTA) for the Defense Travel System (DTS)
- Administer the Non-Tactical Vehicle (NTV) fleet, ensuring accountability and readiness of vehicles
- Generate and revise logistics policies, SOPs, plans, and documentation to support mission-critical sustainment activities
- Provide staff-level support for planning, problem-solving, and operational integration of logistics functions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
- Over 12 years of relevant experience in integrated logistics support (ILS) across military or federal programs
- Experience managing DTS and NTV programs at the brigade or higher echelon
- Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret / SCI security clearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for report generation and logistics planning
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as an Organizational Defense Travel Administrator (ODTA)
- Familiarity with Army Regulation 11-2 (Risk Management Internal Controls)
- Training in Army supply chain, transportation, or logistics systems
- Prior experience supporting Army National Guard or Missile Defense Command logistics operations
- Knowledge of preparing and managing ILS documentation
