      Senior M&E Lead - Corporate Services

      Salary circa £75,000

      A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior M&E Lead to join the Corporate Services team, growing the function and ensuring that the workplace meets the requirements and expectations of Aviva, and our colleagues by delivering strategic oversight and management of third-party supply partners that deliver Hard FM and Fabric Maintenance services across all Aviva Group locations in the UK and Ireland.

      A bit about the job:

      You will be developing, owning and delivering the maintenance and asset replacement program, working with strategic third-party providers to deliver a compliant and safe building portfolio as well as leading the technical team.

      You will work with senior peers in the business to develop and deliver the building resilience plans and provide strategic oversight of all M&E contracts and deliverables within Aviva’s Governance and Supplier Management framework.

      Skills and experience we’re looking for:

      • Responsible to deliver an operationally effective workplace that is well presented, safe and compliant with absolute focus on delivering an excellent colleague experience

      • Lead the delivery strategy for planned and reactive maintenance, fabric services and building change via a combined model of third-party service providers and in-house resources

      • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a technical service delivery team and working with senior peers in the business with strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical terminology to a non-technical audience up to board level

      • Develop and own a rolling 5-year LCR and asset replacement plan, with a sustainability, resilience and efficiency focus

      • Understand business risk and develop mitigation plans to minimise business impact from unforeseen operational failures

      • Starting salary circa £75,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
