What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Global Accounts Payable (AP) function, managing end-to-end processes
- Administer and optimize the company's NetSuite AP system, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Global AP team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Prepare and present regular reports on AP performance, conducting variance analysis for process improvements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with financial requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Graduate Program (MBA, MIB, or Masters) preferred
- 7+ years of experience in global Accounts Payable or related finance roles, with at least 3 years in a management position
- Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools, with experience in ERP (NetSuite) or Purchasing systems (Coupa) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to manage complex topics
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Change management experience would be an advantage
- Expertise in Google Sheets and other Google Suite applications or MS Excel
- Experience in coaching and mentoring global team members
- Knowledge of compliance with internal controls and global regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with JIRA for project management
