Achieving cost & process excellence across the NR business ( Trading, Mining & Metals) through lean philosophy
Creating strategic roadmap & show multiple scenarios which includes organic/inorganic growth opportunities for the business
Identify relevant risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure sustainable business profitability
Identify emerging opportunities in the segment & carry out financial due diligence such as profitability, solvency, liquidity etc.
Develop business models and partnership models where required
Carry out advance analytics to address/surface issues which are relevant to the stakeholdersRoles and Responsibilities Strategic Roles & Responsibilities Prepare a five-year roads map of the business (STRAP) 1. Process & cost excellence through business analytics & lean philosophy
2. Financial due diligence & analysis for the business and related areasDriving research & insights for the business/areas relevant to NR business Technology and IT Enablement PowerBI, Tableau, Python, Macros, SAP KRAs with Outcomes ( Jobs which brings value to the organization) Domain Keys Result Ares Outcomes Finance Analyzing current and past financial data. Looking at current financial performance and identifying
trends.R&I Preparing reports on the above information and communicating the insights of these reports to the
wider audience and develop long-term commercial plans.Policy Advocacy Exploring different investment opportunities. Developing initiatives and polices that may improve
financial growth.Analytics Develop excel based tools to improve the efficiency of the financial tracking and reporting process
Prepare periodic forecasting, as well as provide detailed input to the ongoing operational and strategic initiativesLean Six Sigma Driving Lean six sigma projects to help business to achieve excellence through BE framework Stake Holders Internal External Across business cross functional business which, includes BD/IT Technology/Analytics/Operations external consultancy Job Profile Educational Qualification: BE,/B-tech/MBA/CA/ CFA/ B Tech in any stream and MBA from premier institute female employee required Prior experience in mining/ ICM preferred.
Knowledge of Mining & allied industry is preferredExperiences: Extensive Financial Modeling ,
Primary and secondary research skills.
Market Research & Analytics. Team Player Ability analyze a business problem from varied directions, bringing operational,
financial and strategic points of concern.
Lean six sigma for process & cost excellence preferred
