- Own integrated communications campaigns to address key issues or opportunities and oversee the planning and coordinated delivery to achieve the desired communications outcomes
- Play a leading role in the Group’s colleague narrative development, including prioritisation of themes/language to ensure simplicity, consistency and repetition as well as outcome measures
- Use insight, analysis and expertise to define a limited number of integrated and smart campaigns that include outstanding ideas and developments to build a true centre of excellence
- Work closely and collaboratively with teams across GCA and the wider business, often leading matrix teams and squads, to ensure campaigns are planned and delivered effectively and avoid conflict with complex projects and changes
- Provide strategic guidance and counsel to senior colleagues and GCA business partners, supporting them with their targeted campaigns that align with the Group strategic and cultural priorities
- Have a deep understanding of financial services and the key priorities of the business and our people to provide intuitive and insightful counsel that support critical business priorities
- A deep understanding of how to drive engagement and advocacy via integrated creative campaigns, increase reach and develop content across a range of formats including video, events and social media.
- Effective at prioritising multiple demands and working within tight timescales, role-modelling excellent prioritisation skills.
- A passion to embrace and motivate change, continuous improvement as well as a willingness to be bold and bring ideas and experiments
- A commercial growth mindset committed to driving return on investment and seeking efficiencies and impact in all that we do

LOCATION(S): London, Bristol, Birmingham, Leeds, Halifax, Edinburgh
HOURS: Full-time
SALARY - £71,000 to £100,000
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

This role reports into the Head of Colleague Campaigns and Storytelling, and it’s all about using communications campaigns and content to help shape our culture through key audience groups, as well as engaging all our people in our transformation journey through working closely with a broad range of stakeholders.
