      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage data incident response investigations and reporting under legal privilege
      - Oversee the Privacy and Cyber SharePoint site, including risk metrics and control tower documentation
      - Act as a cybersecurity technical subject matter expert with knowledge of NIST 800-171 and CMMC 2.0
      - Review purchase orders and subcontract terms to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
      - Conduct privacy impact assessments and develop action plans based on compliance-related risk assessments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years in government contract review or cyber reporting, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 7 years' experience
      - Experience with US Government regulations (FAR/DFAR) and contract procurement processes
      - Experience with cyber and data incident response, including DFARS reporting obligations
      - Knowledge of cybersecurity controls and Global Data Privacy Regulations
      - Strong investigative, analytical, and communication skills
