- Builds custom financial analytical models, supports robust data and information analysis conducts finance intelligence research, and undertakes financial forecasting, scenario modeling, and trends analysis
- Analyzes and tracks P&L drivers globally, and collaborates across finance business teams in preparation of setting targets for the company.
- Consolidates global forecast, budget, and long-range planning including coordination with the finance business teams and other global leaders
- Manages all calendar timelines for the annual plan and quarterly forecast, in accordance with senior management meetings and deliverables. Coordinate the approved calendar and deliverables with the finance business teams
- Develops quarterly Outlook and other analysis supporting quarterly earnings calls
- Contributes to and leads ad hoc financial analysis, including scenario planning for new and existing business opportunities, staffing metrics, and margin analysis, to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions
- Work closely with the Senior Director of FP&A in delivering presentational outputs for discussion with the senior leadership team.
- Prepares cash forecast and supports strategic cash decisions from investment guidelines to cash forecasting
- Maintains metadata setup, integrations, user provisioning, and other administrative tasks for the FP&A financial planning system Workday Adaptive Insights
- Act as leader for the Adaptive improvements and optimization efforts, including developing training for the new team members
- Developments of reports utilizing the Workday Adaptive Planning Systems platform
- Contribute to continuous process improvement, always looking for opportunities to streamline and eliminate redundancies
- Provide analytical support and suggestions regarding the development and improvement of planning systems, processes, and outputs
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on finance, accounting, or with relevant coursework in these disciplines
- 5+ years of finance/ accounting, including FP&A experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning Systems (or similar OLAP planning tool) in development, administrative, and architectural roles
- Experience with automation and integration of Workday Adaptive Planning Systems
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy with highly confidential data
- Knowledge of SAP a plus
- Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts and accounting principles
- Superb organizational skills and experience leading projects
- Robust financial and operational modeling experience with an understanding of modeling best practices
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical experience a plus
- Experience with financial systems/applications, proficiency in Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation, including pivot tables, v-lookup, and macros
- Keen attention to accuracy and detail while under tight deadlines

The Senior Manager of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a finance leader who adds value by creating and implementing actionable data analytics and reporting for the global organization. Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate FP&A, this role is responsible for assisting in the management of the annual financial plan and long -range planning, with reporting and analysis on global performance. Responsible for coordinating across Affiliates, Regions, and Functional Departments. This individual will provide Executive Management with insights on the business through enhanced analyses and reporting. This individual will contribute in the preparation of presentations for the CFO to be delivered to various stakeholders in the company.
We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Manager FP&A with corporate finance experience who has an analytical and data-focused mindset. The successful candidate will be strategic in thinking, analytical in approach, and have a demonstrated ability to develop new models and drive automation. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Corporate FP&A.
