What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lay out and execute on a roadmap to build robust reporting capabilities
- Develop and present executive-level reporting packages and KPI dashboards
- Validate and reconcile financial information across multiple systems and geographies
- Lead financial close, projection, and budget processes
- Manage a team of analysts in owning financials and charge out structure for shared services centers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required, MBA preferred
- 10+ years of financial analysis/business support background required
- 1+ years people management experience preferred
- High proficiency in Excel and strong presentation skills
- Experience with SAP and PowerBI preferred

- Self-starter with strength in project and time management and strong attention to detail
- Strong ability to coordinate action across dispersed workforce and highly matrixed organization
