      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead quarterly and annual financial planning processes for bonus and stock-based compensation
      - Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze share count and its impact on EPS
      - Collaborate with the People Team to model compensation scenarios and support merit planning
      - Support development of board materials related to compensation and assist in the quarterly earnings process
      - Identify and drive continuous improvements in compensation-related FP&A processes and tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus
      - 8+ years of progressive experience in finance or FP&A roles, specifically with compensation programs
      - Strong modeling skills and comfort with large data sets
      - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial planning systems (Anaplan, Hyperion, SAP, or similar)
      - Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills

      - Prior experience supporting HR or Total Rewards teams
      - Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to partner effectively across various functions
      - Ability to manage tight timelines and multitask efficiently
