- Partner, build relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional global teams and business leaders to understand business priorities and improve the execution of all initiatives that enrich our thriving culture. Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership through consulting and use evidence-based best practices to cultivate results.
- Be global process owner for global onboarding and offboarding process and framework
- Be global process owner for employee engagement and employee survey
- Lead advancing Ingredion’s Agile Ways of Working framework, policies, and initiatives
- Lead the development, execution and continuous improvement of our employee engagement and listen strategy, including knowledge and experience of working with employee survey platforms.
- Align and support executive communications on culture, employee experience, and engagement topics. Provide guidance to an environment where employees are engaged and able to perform at their fullest potential.
- Responsible for nurturing culture and engagement while overseeing strategies focused on improving the experience between managers and employees.
- Serve as an internal advisor initiating ideas across the organization that influences cultural strategy, engagement, and a collaborative culture that drives pride, passion and advocacy for Ingredion’s purpose, values, and growth strategy.
- Collaborate on the overall culture strategy and provide thought leadership, data driven insights and solutions and keen understanding of the intersection of data sets to be robust storytelling across engagement and exit data.
- This individual provides tools, support, and resources to enable the development and facilitation of Ingredion’s global culture strategy. The incumbent manages a cadre of preferred suppliers and partners with them to build relationships which enable the execution of Ingredion’s culture strategy.
- Access and analyze data to help identify trends, insights, and gaps to inform culture strategy as well as relevant programming and interventions.
- Advises and partners with the Communications and DE&I teams, and other key stakeholders, and plays a critical role to help improve the people experience.
- Cultivate people and culture strategies from internal and external analyses to create inclusive programs and practices that link culture, performance management, talent management, and employee and leadership development
- Partner with the Global Talent Management team, Talent Acquisition, Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, DEI, teams to integrate and embed culture initiatives across the business
- Bachelor’s degree is required. Advanced degree (MA/MBA/PhD) preferred
- 10 years of professional experience with an emphasis on employee engagement, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, or other related HR disciplines
- Ability to synthesize large data sets (employee database, qualitative and quantitative survey data) into executive summaries to create a compelling case for change
- Proven track record of successfully managing large scale global projects
- Strategic mindset, critical thinker, innovative, self-starter
- Experience with program design and management
- Capability to multi-task while working both strategically and hands-on to deliver results utilizing program/project management and leadership skills.
- Exceptional relationship builder – internally and externally – with a track-record of establishing and leveraging relationships across cultures and in a global environment.
- Strong influence, consulting and negotiation skills and ability to manage conflict, persuade, and drive alignment across executives and peers at all levels.
- Strong business communication, presentation and writing skills, including facilitation and training
- Experience successfully leading small to large complex projects in a global organization.
- Strong analytic skills, data interpretation and visualization skills, and storytelling using data.
- Vendor management experience is desirable

REPORTS TO: VP, DEI, Culture, Internal Communications, and Talent Acquisition
DIRECT REPORTS: 1 (Total Team size 2)
Our Senior Manager, Culture and Workforce Experience will be accountable for the development and implementation of the culture and people experience strategy, tools, and methodology globally. He/She will ensure alignment of culture elements that impacting the employee lifecycle from hire to retire, including onboarding, offboarding, executive onboarding, leadership forums, CEO awards, Agile Ways of Working, and work collaboratively on recognition, learning, and wellbeing being embedded in Ingredion’s culture. They will set and report on quantitative and qualitative insights that inform the strategy.
