      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a segment of customers, overseeing a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure high-impact outcomes
      - Drive customer adoption of the platform and align strategic goals for consistent results
      - Develop a high-performing team culture through coaching, mentorship, and operational excellence
      - Cultivate trusted relationships with customer executives and lead joint governance
      - Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive customer success and influence product direction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer success, strategic account management, or consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
      - Experience managing teams in complex customer environments
      - Proven track record managing large enterprise accounts in SaaS, data analytics, or Health IT companies
      - Excellent presentation and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

      - Experience in Value-Based Care and Population Health Management
      - Background working with highly technical, data-driven customers
      - A strategic yet hands-on leadership style, comfortable setting vision and diving into details
