      The Performance Partnership team is responsible for delivering complex transformation programs at customer sites through optimizing economic, operational and clinical outcomes.

      As Senior Manager Delivery & Discovery Performance Partnership you will be responsible for all continuous improvement and consulting initiatives, leading a bespoke consulting team focused on optimizing customer organizational performance. This position will be fully remote although ideally based in France, Germany or the UK.

      You will work within a multidisciplinary team (leadership, commercial, analysts and senior consultants), focused on strategic projects within client operations and health networks across Europe.       In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

      • Impact patient care and satisfaction of health systems and diagnostic companies by improving the performance of the laboratory by helping customers re-engineer new or existing operations to build and execute continuous improvement strategies.
      • Lead the overall project management of all PP diagnostic assessment and delivery projects to ensure they are scoped correctly and ensure we can execute within the timeframe necessary.
      • People Leader role to manage and grow a dedicated team of specialist consultants operating across Europe and within a broad spectrum or projects and customers.
      • Continuously refine processes, methodologies and governance to achieve mutual outcome with customer partners.
      • Understand the linkages between strategic objectives and process improvements, using both analytical tools, consulting techniques and change management.
      • Engage with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement new initiatives, solutions and concepts within project scopes that create value for customers.
      • Operate within a matrix structure and collaborate effectively to deliver successful projects and complex outcomes within Beckman and customers.
      • Develop proof points to support program messaging & marketing material to promote the success of the program.

      The essential requirements of the job include:

      • Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years’ experience in field OR Master’s degree in field with 7+ years’ experience AND track record of demonstrated success in delivering continuous improvement consulting.
      • Proven ability to lead complex consulting projects and manage high profile and strategic customers, leveraging lean and continuous improvement principles, to deliver business results across large complex customers and operating processes.
      • Clinical Lab leadership or Operations Management experience in a health care system.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven structured analytical & problem solving and critical thinking skills.
      • French and English must be fluent
      • Required travel is >50%.

      It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

      • Experience in managing a bespoke team, especially in consulting services regarding business operations operating across all levels of customers and Beckman Coulter
      • Formal Lean, Six sigma or Change Management experience and/or Certification.
      • Desire to work within a high profile, fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment focused on rapid growth and continuous innovation, centered around value based healthcare.
