      Senior Manager, eCommerce Marketing - Lee

      Job Summary

      Provide leadership and define strategy for all Lee digital marketing activities on site and across owned channels (email, SMS, paid search, affiliate and display). This role manages the execution of marketing activations, including budget & agency ownership for performance marketing channels, in support of revenue & contribution commitments for the Lee .com business . The Sr. Marketing Manager for Lee .com will oversee promotion execution, SEO efforts, and content planning to develop the ecom merce story calendar . In addition to site and channel marketing campaigns, this role manages the roadmap & execution to develop and optimize initiatives including loyalty a nd new channels . This role is highly collaborative and supports other key, related processes in marketing, merchandising, inventory planning, order fulfillment, customer service and operations . This person leads a team , providing feedback and aiding in career development. The ideal candidate is analytical , uses data to make decisions, can communicate drivers of performance, and is well versed in how various channels and tactics work together in the marketing funnel .

      Responsibilities

      • Develop performance marketing (SEM, Display and Affiliate) strategies and manage execution to optimize tactic mix and investment for maximum return on revenue, including budget & agency relationship ownership. Lead integration of consumer data and cross-channel campaigns with cross-functional partners to achieve business goals.
      • Develop site content strategy inclusive of marketing placements and consumer-facing communication. Oversee creative briefing process to ensure content is brand-right and drives conversion.
      • Contribute to strategic roadmap for initiatives & enhancements related to digital marketing, including identifying opportunities and defining goals, objectives and associated tactics. Leverage web platform & technology stack knowledge to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
      • Partner with business lead(s) on growth marketing initiatives such as Loyalty and new markets to increase consumer lifetime value and expand conversion impact in support of traffic & revenue goals.
      • Collaborate with internal departments including business units, finance, brand marketing, product merchandising, operations and information technology to establish strong integration and relationships; becoming an extension of their business to improve internal workflows for agility and efficiency.
      • Support growth objectives to increase revenue and contribute input into pricing & promotional plans in partnership with finance, merchandising and planning teams.
      • Stay abreast of market trends & consumer behavior shifts to ensure Lee’s e-commerce and digital marketing tactics are competitive and relevant.
      • Leverage consumer insights, web analytics and vendor reporting tools to deeply understand digital marketing activities’ impact on KPIs and propose ideas and solutions to support business growth goals based on data.

      Leadership

      • Lead a team of digital marketing functions, inclusive of growth & lifecycle marketing
      • Business sponsorship for technical & operational projects
      • Strategic marketing pillars for expanded reach & return, leveraging capabilities and optimizing content
      • Positive attitude, receptive to feedback and agile response to necessary changes

      Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
      • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
      • Google Analytics/GA4 depth of experience
      • Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Commerce Cloud platform expertise
      • Organization & prioritization skills necessary to perform
