Bachelor's degree
5+ years experience
Strong marketing background with an emphasis in Experiential, preferably with additional experience in Social Media, Talent Partnerships and/or PR – you know what it takes to bring an experience to life
Demonstrated strategic thinking around how Experiential fits into the marketing mix and how to scale IRL stories via other marketing channels
Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, think critically, and communicate effectively, including the ability to clearly present concepts and ideas to all levels of management
Ability to embrace ambiguity (even be energized by it!)
Curiosity around learning new things, uncovering new opportunities and staying current with the external retail media landscape
Understanding of strategic client objectives
Be able to think fast on your feet to resolve issues that arise in an ever changing fast paced environment
Exhibits integrity, creativity, ingenuity, curiosity and resourcefulness
Ability to travel and work limited evenings, weekends to support experiential execution
The pay range is $87,900.00 - $158,200.00Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. The Sr. Manager, Experiential Marketing will be responsible for driving the B2B experiential strategy for various industry events and campaigns. This role will find the right moments and the right activations to bring the Roundel brand to life. Experiential is an integral part of Roundel’s marketing mix and is leveraged to connect Roundel with our current and future partners. The successful candidate will work closely with internal cross-functional teams and external agencies to craft a plan that elevates the brand and promotes deep engagement and incremental client investment. You will work with some of the best agency partners in the business as well as the world-class Target Creative team to dream up and execute industry-leading experiences that consistently deliver on strategic objectives.
This role will operate as a project hub; drafting briefs, driving timelines, budget and keeping working teams informed both internally and externally. The successful candidate will define resource needs based on size, scope and budget. You’ll provide vendors and agency partners on-going direction and feedback throughout the process. You’ll track metrics to influence future planning. You are ready to quickly adapt plans to fit the changing external landscape and will consider both IRL and hybrid/digital extensions to your projects.
This position reports to Roundel’s Director of Marketing.
