Proactively assess the mix of partner and internal capabilities to ensure a competitive technology ad stack, ensuring we are delivering the best possible product set.
Communicate effectively and partner with Sales, Ad Innovation, Product & Technology, and Ad Operations to build consensus and meet projected deadlines. Balance the needs of local market-level requirements and overall global alignment, helping to drive consensus and streamlined decision making.
Assist in the development of global, company-wide procedures on ad implementation testing, troubleshooting, and escalations, with minimal direction or instruction. Lead the group to provide instructions on how to execute changes directly in systems as needed to support site redesigns, ad product portfolio changes, and integrations of external vendors and systems.
Be a stakeholder in Operations-focused conversations to ensure integration and execution meet all needs of the campaign delivery workflow.
Assist in managing large ad product portfolio with a high level of quality assurance/data integrity, including documentation of protocols, specs, properly associated metadata and integrations with other systems.
Work directly with Ad Innovation teams on new product alignment, deployment, training, and troubleshooting.
Assist in ad product feasibility reviews for management, Marketing and Sales as needed.
Documentation of all processes, from integration through troubleshooting.
Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience working in an online ad media campaign environment, whether at a publisher or agency.
Recommended 5-7 years of experience in digital ad technology and operations.
Expert-level knowledge of Google Ad Manager (DFP). Facility with ad systems, reporting, spreadsheets, and extensive collaboration skills are musts.
Self-starter, hungry to perform with persistence to deliver: project management and organizational multitasking.
Ability to balance workloads from multiple stakeholders including sales, ad operations, and revenue operations teams within Conde Nast digital organization.
Connect & resolve: excellent communication skills with the ability to understand needs and translate into action.

New York, NYCondé Nast needs an Senior Manager of Ad Platforms to support the integration of digital ad technologies across our portfolio of brands and will work with business and technology stakeholders across the company to develop capabilities for seamless revenue delivery.
The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced Ad Technology or Ad Operations professional with campaign management and project management experience. They will have a strong track record as a team leader and can demonstrate success in leading projects. A successful candidate will be an expert on digital ad sales operations processes, systems, and new platforms.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Base Salary: $95,000 - $130,000
