- Fairness/consistency analyses on data received from subsidiaries;
- Coordination and direction with reference to group-relevant reporting of local finance teams in Europe, USA, Asia, Japan;
- Management of consolidation processes within the scope of monthly/annual closures and preparation of the relative analyses in support of the Management and the team in charge of data consolidation for Capri Holdings;
- Preparation of the monthly consolidated reporting package for Capri Holdings (US GAAP) and the consolidated financial statements file (IFRS) for compliance in Italy.
- Preparation of consolidated management reporting for top management (income statements, marginality analysis, operating cost analysis, net financial position, balance sheet cash flow statement) in coordination with divisional controllers;
- Coordination and execution of SOX-related activities;
- Support to other corporate functions (treasury and tax first and foremost, but more generally to corporate functions);
- Participation in finance projects for the implementation of new ERP/reporting systems and their development;
- Management of relations with the auditing company for the part under its responsibility
- Degree in Economics or equivalent;
- 8/10 years' experience preferably in international contexts and/or listed companies and/or auditing companies;
- Knowledge of US GAAP and EU IFRS and SOX regulations;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Professional experience abroad of significant duration is a plus;
- Knowledge of the main IT tools and systems HFM/Hyperion, SAP;
- Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and excellent team management skills.

As Senior Manager, Global Consolidated Financial Statements you will be responsible for coordinating global financial reporting and consolidation activities, ensuring the preparation of monthly consolidated reports and management analyses in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS standards.
