What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with the Executive Director to develop and execute strategic plans
- Manage project plans and ensure timely execution of initiatives
- Lead high-priority deliverables such as HCP/KOL management initiatives
- Provide ongoing leadership planning and business support
- Collaborate with stakeholders on broad GMA initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare management consulting or pharmaceutical/biotechnology industries
- Strategic planning experience
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office systems
