      As our Sr. Manager, Global/US Brand Media, you will support media strategy/plan recommendations, with emphasis cross-functional agreement. You will report into our Director, US Brand Media.

      About the Job

      US

      • Support development of holistic media strategy that aims to deliver maximum value to the business and fuel brand awareness and perception.

      • Support seasonal media plan recommendations

      • Develop seasonal brief for media agency

      • Provide feedback on agency’s media plan recommendations

      • Manage flowcharts and monthly budget documents

      • Guide Assistant Manager in custom content and asset development

      • Review campaign recaps and support internal reporting deliverables

      Global

      • Support development of media strategy for Global Brand Media campaigns

      • Close collaboration with Global Brand Content team and creative agency during initial campaign planning to pressure test idea for media and provide recommendations, considerations, and requirements

      • Guide cross-functional coordination for campaign launches across content, media, PR, and O&O channels, both with our teams and inter-agency partners

      • Support development of JBPs and Global Partnerships with media partners

      • Partner with local market teams to ensure we’re maintaining brand cohesion while also meeting their local needs

      About You

      • 7+ years minimum advertising agency or brand management experience; media agency experience

      • Knowledge of all media channels, with an emphasis on digital and social

      • Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets

      • Experience managing vendors or external agency partners

      The expected starting salary range for this role is $116,300- $175,900. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
