- Deliver differentiated value on goods and services procured by GlobalFoundries
- Partner with business function leaders such as CIO, Chief People Officer, Fab GM, etc. to develop sourcing roadmap to support the business
- Understand business requirements and market dynamics of supply environment
- Develop, align, and execute category strategies with functional partnership
- Define and maintain indirect procurement policy, such as PR / PO, P-Card usage, etc.
- Drive improvement to the procurement process for better service level and user-experience
- Negotiate prices and contractual terms that maximizes benefit for the business
- Manage supplier strategy and supplier relationships at executive level
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
- Experience - 10+ years professional experience in procurement, consulting, program management and supply chain
- Direct experience in pricing and contract negotiations, supplier relationship management, business strategy, and continuous process improvement
- Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Develop and maintain collaborative business relationships with stakeholders
- Interact with all levels of the organization
- Perform in a very fast paced environment
- Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate and lead through ambiguity
- Travel - Up to 10%
- Fluency in English Language – written & verbal

Summary of Role:
We are searching for a thought leader for indirect procurement team within the Materials and Indirect Procurement group in Global Supply Chain (GSC). This individual will lead a team of sourcing professional to procure services that support the business, such as IT, HR, Professional Services, Logistics, and Facilities. The leader will partner closely with senior executives in the company to procure goods and services needed to run the business.

Expected Salary Range
$131,600.00 - $248,900.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
