- Lead the design and curation of global learning upskilling programs for McDonald's transformation initiatives, including audience segmentation and alignment to business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps for learning upskilling activities, prioritizing methods and modalities based on organizational knowledge and program leadership guidance.
- Oversee the end-to-end deployment of global learning upskilling initiatives, including product ownership, localization support, documentation, communications, and change management. Ensure effective business impact reporting through the identification of key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across multiple functions and sub-functions, as well as third-party vendors, to gather strategic input and support design and development efforts.
- Support decision-making and alignment related to McDonald's transformation objectives, such as Global People and Global Finance modernization efforts.
- The position requires negotiation, agreement, and acceptance through discussions and compromise. Communication primarily targets internal audiences, engaging with individuals who may hold differing perspectives but share a common interest in achieving resolutions.
- The role involves significantly changing existing processes, systems, and/or products to drive innovation. Innovation is complex, requiring understanding and consideration of various disciplines and job areas.
- Minimum of eight years of experience, with direct experience in leading through ambiguity and simplifying complex processes
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred
- Experience in learning strategy, design, development, systems/technology
- Proven ability to prioritize and simplify the complex
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management (including managing cross-functionally and partnering with all levels of the organization)
- Strong business acumen and insight, with the ability to translate strategic business goals into appropriate development and talent programs that balance the evolving priorities of the organization
- Candidates must possess broad and substantive management experience across several business areas
