What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the sales development process for assigned products or customers
- Prepare business cases for new major pursuit opportunities
- Participate in Trade Shows, OEM meetings, and other functions
- Interact effectively with national accounts counterparts
- Offer suggestions and exhibit initiative in continuous improvement programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with technical sales of braking systems
- Experience at the national fleet level desired
- Strong planning, organizational, motivational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
