  About the Role

  Reporting to the AVP Talent, OD and Analytics, this role has the primary responsibility for People Analytics across IGM. This role is pivotal in leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions related to our most valuable asset – our people. The ideal candidate will possess an strong background in HR analytics, a deep understanding of statistical methods, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations that drive organizational success. They will use their curiosity and collaboration skills to derive insights and work across the HR team.

  Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR leaders to identify key metrics and KPIs that measure workforce trends and effectiveness.
  • Design and conduct advanced statistical analyses to uncover patterns, correlations, and trends within HR data sets.
  • Build predictive analytics capability.
  • Bring forward new, unanticipated insights from data to help set the HR strategic direction and investment.
  • Present findings and recommendations to HR partners in a clear and compelling manner, influencing strategic decisions, partners with HR leaders on data-drive story telling.
  • Partner closely with HRIS and Reporting team to source and understand our data.
  • Partner across HR Centers of Expertise to develop and test hypotheses and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Help elevate analytics and data visualization capability across HR function.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in people analytics and HR technology, recommending innovative approaches to enhance data-driven decision-making.

  Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in a data/analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis tools and techniques and data visualization
  • Ability to work in an environment where data is not integrated, nor is set in a full digital platform.
  • Foundational HR knowledge including knowledge of HR business processes & HR data.
  • Strong relationship builder with collaboration and influencing skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences, including senior executives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
