Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, Product Information Strategy is a part of the greater team of Program Owners, who are domain specialists who elevate the performance of the Netrush Operating System. Each leader owns an area of focus and supports the Netrush Retail Strategists and Media Strategists in executing the modern retail commerce playbook. They deepen expertise, strengthen decision quality, and ensure strategists have the insights and systems needed to guide brands with clarity and confidence. They consistently synthesize and deliver high quality recommendations to Brandrunners and Media Pilots on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Program Owners are advisors, operators, educators, innovators, and accelerators.
The Senior Manager, Product Information Strategy is the Syndicate Program Owner, bringing a specialized discipline of content infrastructure, data accuracy, and channel delivery to the Netrush Operating System. Leveraging data and their subject matter expertise they act as a trusted advisor, pinpointing the next best opportunity for marketplace expansion for Netrush partners and clearly outlining the path forward. This role owns the clarity and structure of how product information flows through systems, ensuring the OS operates from a consistent, complete, and compliant foundation across all marketplaces.
The Syndicate Program Owner maintains the content governance and syndication methodologies that determine how product data is structured, validated, enriched, and distributed. They define the mapping logic, error resolution processes, and completeness standards that ensure each SKU is always retail-ready. Their work ensures that channel execution is grounded in accuracy and automation rather than manual correction.
This role provides a unified view of listing health and its impact on availability, conversion, compliance, and brand representation. They identify where content mismatches, missing data, or structural gaps may disrupt listing activation or cause marketplace suppression. Their work ensures the system maintains a stable and trustworthy digital shelf.
The cadence of program outputs is defined by the Syndicate Program Owner. They design the daily signals, weekly error audits, monthly readiness reviews, and quarterly infrastructure resets that keep content delivery predictable and scalable. These rhythms ensure that data integrity remains a core operational pillar across all phases of brand growth.
The Syndicate Program Owner also offers high-level interpretation of syndication patterns, accuracy risks, compliance touchpoints, and structural bottlenecks. They surface where systemic issues originate, which levers require adjustment, and what improvements are most essential to maintain a healthy, high-performing catalog across channels.
