The Amazon Customs and Trade Program and Product team is expanding footprint, services, and solutions to support our expanding client base. Join the dynamic team and put your customs brokerage, international trade and/or government systems experience to work envisioning and building innovative customs and trade products.
Key job responsibilities
Anticipate the needs of our customers enhancing and evolving our customs entry and related solutions. The Senior Manager, Product Manager is responsible for identifying maintenance, adaptations, customer-personalization, and envisioning innovations for customs declaration filing systems (e.g. ABI and similar other country requirements). The Senior Manager works with customers (internal and external) to identify needs and with internal stakeholders (e.g. Tech partners) to design, track, and deliver solutions from major launches to maintenance issues.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Arlington, VA, USA | Bellevue, WA, USA | Nashville, TN, USA- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 3+ years of team management experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related technical field- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives
- MBA
- 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 6+ years of team management experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $142,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $265,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
