- The Senior Manager, Project Management, Client Onboarding, leads a group of Managers and oversees multiple onboarding portfolios to ensure consistent, predictable delivery performance across the function.
- This role translates onboarding strategy into execution by standardizing processes, improving delivery outcomes, and scaling team capability. The Senior Manager serves as the operational bridge between enterprise leadership and frontline managers, ensuring alignment to KPIs, capacity plans, and performance standards while proactively mitigating risk across portfolios.

- Lead and coach Managers and their onboarding teams across multiple portfolios or business units
- Own consolidated delivery outcomes including timelines, quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance across assigned portfolios
- Monitor portfolio health, capacity, and performance trends; intervene early to address risks or resource gaps
- Standardize onboarding playbooks, governance, reporting, and execution practices across Managers
- Serve as primary escalation point for complex, high-risk, or enterprise-impacting implementations
- Drive cross-functional coordination and alignment with Enterprise Service Delivery, Technology, Enrollment, and Client Success leadership
- Contribute to enterprise capacity planning, KPI target setting, and alignment with sales forecasts and growth plans (in partnership with the Director)
- Support enterprise KPI tracking, reporting, performance reviews, and accountability frameworks for the onboarding function
- Lead or co-lead continuous improvement initiatives including tooling, automation, and workflow optimization; escalate systemic recommendations to onboarding leadership team
- Support workforce planning, hiring plans, Manager development, and succession planning for the function · Coach Managers on risk management, stakeholder communication, delivery leadership, and executive influence
- Partner with the Director on strategic initiatives, integrations, organizational scaling efforts, and special programs · Lead high-visibility or at-risk client engagements as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years project/program management experience, including 5+ years in healthcare/RCM onboarding
- 7+ years people leadership experience managing Managers or equivalent team leads
- Demonstrated experience managing portfolios or multiple concurrent implementations with measurable delivery outcomes
- Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations and onboarding methodologies
- Proven ability to lead leaders, coach Managers, and build management capability and bench strength · Advanced portfolio management, capacity planning, and resource allocation skills
- Ability to translate enterprise strategy into standardized operational processes and playbooks · Advanced risk management, problem-solving, and operational decision-making capability
- Strong financial acumen, including contribution to budgeting, forecasting, and performance metric analysis · Executive-level communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership without direct authority · Ability to balance tactical execution with mid-level operational strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Remote - Not required unless specifically requested in service of a particular client
- Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
- This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
