Our Senior Manager, Risk Management will be responsible for overseeing risk operations to implement effective and efficient risk treatment strategies to support the Company’s objectives. This role manages the risk financing and budgeting process, reporting, global insurance placement, contract and lease review, and supports multi-lines claims management program and vendor selection and management. The position reports to the Managing Director of Risk Management and collaborates with other team members, internal departments, and interfaces with external advisors and vendors. Develop influential relationships and influence with internal Operations customers Collaborate with other Rollins Support Center teams to provide risk management operations support Lead work streams related to insurance placement in over 15 coverage areas, facilitate acquisition integration, multi-lines claims management (litigated and non-litigated), or other risk management support services program or process Manage casualty reserve forecast and funding through interaction with internal Accounting team and external vendor Support management of vendor services of insurance broker and other vendors Support review of contractual risk transfer terms and conditions for vendors, suppliers, leases, etc.. Support effective acquisition integration into risk management and insurance program Project management leadership for risk management operations continuous improvement initiatives Manage relationships with external insurance brokers and other vendors Directly responsible for managing and overseeing responsibilities of all direct reports to the Senior Manager.
