What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee global account management and sales/service functions, ensuring compliance with customer and airline service requirements
- Lead change initiatives across customer catering stations and maintain effective communication with kitchen management and staff
- Monitor unit performance and ensure adherence to quality service standards and health regulations
- Serve as the primary contact for operational communications and develop business relationships for issue resolution
- Prepare and deliver regular reviews with internal and external customers regarding project activities and results
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience in Sales and Service
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, airline, and/or airline catering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with international clients
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous project management experience
- Experience in change management and catering operations
- Background in revenue management and/or pricing
- Experience managing people or project resources
- Fluency in a foreign language
