      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently manage key strategic initiatives from concept to execution and success measurement
      - Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to inform decision-making regarding Pro success

      - Develop clear presentations summarizing findings and recommendations
      - Program manage large strategic changes involving cross-functional collaboration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
      - 5-8 years of professional experience in consulting, finance, strategy, business development, or operations
      - Strong analytical and execution background with data gathering and strategic insight experience
      - Management consulting experience at a top firm strongly preferred
      - A strong interest in home services, marketplaces, and product-driven organizations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Startup experience is a plus
      - Strong academic achievement in both liberal arts and quantitative disciplines
