      In this role, you will own responsibility for the training needs /provide training support across the commercial organization for Respiratory Health. Our differentiated portfolio of products include Vest, Life2000, Volara, Synclara across the Home Care and Acute Care Settings. This person will be responsible for managing & developing the Commercial training plan. This could include strategic planning, conducting live and virtual training sessions (including new hire sales training), developing overall training curriculum, and overseeing the planning and development of Commercial meetings and product launches. This person will also oversee the training learning systems and technology.

      What you'll be doing

      • Develop and implement training and development initiatives for Hillrom’s Respiratory Health Business including selling/mentor model, disease, product, and sales training for customer facing field roles.

      • Develop and implement comprehensive strategic and tactical 12-24 month plans to support the short- and long-term objectives of the Sales, Marketing, and Reimbursement Teams. Lead learning reinforcement and measurement efforts across the commercial organization.

      • Conduct needs analysis for the business to understand potential additional training solutions.

      • Lead all aspects of the implementation of measurement systems to resolve impact of training.

      • New-Hire initial & advanced training phased learning across onboarding, home-study curriculums, live training programs, and National/Regional Meetings.

      • Identify and implement learning and technology systems.

      • Work closely with multiple internal key partners across the Commercial and Operations organizations (including Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Market Access, and Patient Support Services) to ensure strategic alignment and appropriate integration of tactics into all training programs.

      • Responsible for ensuring all training materials incorporate all appropriate regulatory and legal compliance guidance and approvals.

      • Develop long-term training plan for career progression for field sales organization, including territory manager, sales reps, and managers.

      • Lead the organizational effort to standardize interview skills training; train the trainer.

      • Must be able to travel as needed; approximately 30-40%.

      What you'll bring

      • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and/or BA/BS preferred.

      • 2-3 plus years of sales experience required.

      • 5-7 plus years of relevant respiratory and medical device proven experience preferred.

      • Experience managing LMS and associated support staff preferred.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base salary range of $112,000 to $216,000 plus an annual incentive bonus and equity target. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
