Looking for a role in Emergency Management and Disaster Response? This may be the opportunity for you. The Senior Manager of Disaster Recovery provides key resources to the enterprise to respond to and recover from large scale physical impacts to our field operations.
Working for Walmart’s Disaster Recovery team, you will be on the frontline supporting our Stores, Clubs, and Logistic centers when help is needed the most. Disaster Recovery is the 24/7, 365 support resource for all physical property losses in the field. · Manage Disaster Response and Recovery efforts to restore facilities back to pre-loss conditions following physical incident that impacts operations.
· Deploy to large scale incidents that have significant impact to operations.
· Support 24/7, 365 on call rotation and potentially be on call for multiple weeks in a row.
· Manage a network of experienced Restoration and Liquidation contractors that provide world class service.
· Be a constant support resource for company leadership, willing to work through complex issues arising during events.
What you’ll bring:
· Ability to maintain professional standards during high stress, long duration recovery events.
· Ability to work with and provide guidance to all levels of leadership.
· Ability to work in austere conditions for extended periods of time when required.
· General knowledge of construction and restoration operations utilized during natural or man-made disasters.
· Natural problem solver that will work tirelessly to find appropriate solutions to opportunities.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
