What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate trust and build relationships with customers by identifying and documenting their pain points and desired business outcomes
- Advocate for customers' voices to influence organizational objectives and improve overall customer experience
- Manage customer activities, identify risks and opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to address these
- Lead cross-functionally to achieve organizational goals, including customer solution needs and product growth
- Conduct periodic check-ins with customers to ensure product alignment and drive additional value through technical solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or Military experience
- At least 4 years of experience with design, implementation, or consulting of distributed applications
- At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and data security
- At least 3 years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
- Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes
- Excellent presentation skills and comfort speaking with executives and technical teams
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and demonstrate quick learning
- Experience in software development or Internet-related industries
