What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver talent sourcing and recruiting services to key business units
- Partner with HR leaders to develop innovative staffing solutions
- Define strategic sourcing plans to identify top talent internally and externally
- Manage the talent supply chain and ensure access to the best candidates
- Monitor compliance with employee-related legislation and internal policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS required
- 7+ years of talent sourcing and recruiting leadership experience in complex global organizations
- 5+ years of experience leading teams and managing people managers
- Strong organizational, analytical, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to translate business strategies into workforce strategies
