- Recruitment Leadership – You’ll manage a high performing team of recruiters to create and manage strong relationships with leaders across Corporate Functions in North America and develop strategic partnerships to manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for exempt professional level vacancies.
- Support Long Term Strategy - With this exciting opportunity, you will partner with business leaders to help define and execute a comprehensive TA Strategy for high volume reoccurring and hard to fill, niche roles at the professional level.
- Talent Advising and Insights – You’ll be a champion for the Kellanova recruitment process. Use data, industry knowledge, and experience to identify and attract the best-in-class and diverse talent and influence long-term hiring strategies for Kellanova North America. Provide market insights, including industry mapping and research to improve our competitive position across talent markets.
- Sourcing – It’s time to be resourceful. To find the best talent for our roles we take a proactive approach and use multiple resources. We want you to also bring your innovative techniques too.
- Drive Equity Diversity and Inclusion – To serve diverse consumers, we need a diverse workforce. You will ideate & execute a diverse hiring strategy in line with key business objectives and serve as subject matter expert around ED&I.
- Experience leading a high performing talent acquisition team with an eye for detail and flawless execution on stakeholder deliverables.
- Ability to develop and execute sourcing and recruiting strategy, including TA workforce planning, employer branding, candidate management and diversity sourcing.
- Strong command in how to identify and present macro-economic trends impacting the FMCG industry and Kellanova, while using competitive analysis to understand hiring needs and recruiting practices of talent competitors.
- Experience confidently supporting, advising, and coaching leaders across the organization.
- Experience working across cultures in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with prior experience from management consulting, business development, or search firm.
- Possess strong analytic skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
- Track record of strong stakeholder management and relationship building with demonstrated success working with cross-functional HR teams, including TA Leadership Peers, HR Centers of Excellence, Onboarding Teams, TA Operations and Talent Management.
- Strong business acumen and ability to participate in strategic and operational business discussions with key stakeholders and HR partners.
- Bachelor’s or Graduate degree desired.
As a leader on our North America Recruitment team, you will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and have oversight of sourcing and recruitment strategy, operations, and delivery across Corporate Functions. You will lead a team of full cycle recruiters, and partner closely with Kellanova North American based Leaders, Hiring Managers, HR Partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with people & growth strategies.
