      I. Job Summary

      The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading recruiting efforts by building and maintaining direct relationships with operational leadership and strategic partnerships. Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners focused on candidate attraction, building talent pools, and driving recruiting strategies. In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Operations team, maintain high standards of candidate experience and consistently meet hiring goals and organizational objectives. Must reside in the Houston Area as the role is based in Houston, TX.

      II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

      • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with internal and/or external partners to identify talent gaps and create pipelines of talent.
      • Design, implement, and oversee talent acquisition programs and strategies.
      • Continuously assess the effectiveness of talent programs and partnerships, using data to drive improvement.
      • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback; regularly monitoring progress/performance and ensuring accountability.
      • Manage program or recruiting budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
      • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously enhance the organization's strategy.
      • Develop and present reports on the performance and impact of talent programs and partnerships.
      • Oversee the fulfillment of all hiring initiatives ensuring timely and high-quality applicant sourcing, screening, and hiring.
      • May act as a player/coach, managing a small requisition load to lead by example and stay connected with day-to-day recruitment activities.
      • May be required to travel 10% - 15%

      III. Qualifications

      A. Required Qualifications

      • Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree Required or
      • High School Diploma or GED (accredited), and 4 years of relevant Talent Acquisition work experience required

      B. Preferred Qualifications

      • 10+ years In Talent Acquisition, including at least 5 years in a leadership role (in addition to education requirement)

      IV. Physical Requirements

      This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc.
