      Position Summary with Job Responsibilities

      Role Title: Senior Manager: Talent Acquisition - IJP
      Reporting Manager: Deputy General Manager – Talent Acquisition
      Location: Mumbai (Geetanil)
      Purpose of the Role:

      As an Internal Job Posting (IJP) recruiter, the role holder will be responsible for managing and
      facilitating the internal talent mobility process within the organization. The primary focus will be on
      screening and facilitating the placement of internal candidates into suitable roles, ensuring a seamless
      transition and fostering career development within the company.

      Job Responsibilities:
      Manage the end to end recruitment process for IJP:
       Publish the requisitions approved and ensure IJP mailers are released as per defined
      timelines
       Screen the applications as per the IJP eligibility parameters
       Move the applicants through the various recruitment stages designed on the portal
       Coordinate and schedule interviews with the respective stakeholders
       Ensure feedback is given by all panel members and Office Order is released within defined
      timelines
       Ensure all IJP related documentation is accurately maintained and compliant with
      organizational policies
       Maintain database and publish reports to stakeholders as required
       Propose and implement enhancements to the IJP process to optimize internal talent mobility
      Desired Candidate Profile:
       Post Graduate candidate in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
       Proven experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition
       Familiarity with internal mobility process
