- Collaborate with business partners and leadership to integrate talent priorities into broader company goals
- Evaluate emerging trends, software enhancements and best practices to keep talent strategies competitive and aligned with business goals
- Develop solutions for organizational challenges including skill gaps, employee retention and talent readiness
- Tailor stakeholder engagement to meet business needs, ensuring talent strategies are relevant and impactful
- Translate data and analytics into actionable plans to drive business outcomes
- Partner with decision science to define metrics and insights to track the impact of talent strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- 5 years of experience in talent management, human resources, organizational effectiveness or a related discipline
- 5 years of experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams
- 3 years of experience designing strategic talent initiatives in large organizations
- Experience designing and implementing talent strategies that align with business objectives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage leaders at all levels and anticipate stakeholder needs
- Ability to lead large-scale change initiatives and navigate organizational complexity
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in using talent analytics to design and optimize talent practices and processes
- Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to translate complex data and into actionable strategies
- Ability to adapt quickly and refine processes based on insights and feedback
- Experience applying design thinking methodologies to talent challenges
- Experience integrating agile principles into HR and talent strategies

Job Description
As the Talent Management Senior Manager, you’ll enable organizational performance, build a skills-based workforce and align talent initiatives with critical business outcomes. You’ll design and lead enterprise-wide talent strategies that drive a culture of inclusion, belonging and continuous growth. You’ll use a strategic outlook to shape the way we develop and retain top talent, ensuring our workforce is positioned to accelerate organizational growth.
This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
