- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery of SaaS products, from initiation to release, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, milestones, and resource allocation, utilizing project management tools and methodologies.
- Coordinate project activities and drive progress through regular meetings, communication, and status updates.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring proactive resolution and escalation when necessary.
- Manage project budgets and resources, tracking project expenses and ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices, continuously improving processes and methodologies.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and execute test plans, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership, highlighting achievements, risks, and challenges.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements, evaluating and recommending new tools and methodologies to enhance project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in the SaaS industry, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- In-depth understanding of SaaS development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, with experience in managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong technical background, with knowledge of software development lifecycle, cloud technologies, and web-based applications.
- Proficient in project management tools, such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana, and familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Waterfall and Kanban.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, while delivering high-quality products within scope.
- PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
